FORBES: Hootie & the Blowfish Talk Reunion Tour and New Music in 2019

Jim Sonefeld spoke to Forbes about their upcoming tour and what it feels like returning to the stage after so much time away.

“It’s nothing we planned. When we went into a period of dormancy around, I guess, 2008, is when we planned it, we didn’t know if or when this train would get back on the tracks. It was a little bit of a scary time because when you say, “We’re going to indefinitely stop touring and making records,” I mean, anything can happen. So we ended up at those crossroads and said, “Let’s just trust it and maybe good things will come from it eventually.””
